Anyone fishing below the low overhead off of old 25 outside Miamisburg with any success? I fished there a lot when I lived in that area.

i fish there maybe 3 times a year when i want an easy to get to spot. theres an occasional big fish pulled out but unfortunately they get removed. it gets slammed really hard now by all the ex-paylakers. how long ago did you fish it? there were a few regulars that fished the area holes that i havent seen in ages.

    Hey Mike,

It has been 6-8 yrs since my last trip to that spot. It used to be a pretty good place to catch a decent Flat. I grew up in East Dayton, Linden ave.

ya it's really snaggy there, especially straight out, i wonder if there's still cement down tehre from the old bridge.... last time we went there was 5 of us fishing, needless to say, they all got tired of snags and it ended up being me fishing and them sitting around a fire drinking.....

i started looking on google earth to find some lakes or something, with the river being so low, it's soooo hard to fish... *shrugs* cest le vi

you know where the new bridge going to new baltimore
when you leave eggleston go straight stop at bluerock rd
go straight on the left side not a 1/4 mile where you can park your car
and walk dfown that path and you can see the bridge

what's that construction co gonna do? since you can't trespass
on the left side marked on the tree.. they gonna clean it up
you ask me they need to put a dock out for people in wheel chairs
i hear people pull large and small mouth out of there

The property to the left of egglestons belongs to that construction company.I was told they put up no tresspassing signs afters some teenagers were all night fishing and vandalized there property.I dont think they plan on doing anything down there.

thanks ed... it figures that teenagers would do something
like that, when yiuor at the bottom if you look to the right
there's some old stumps or something sticking out... i've fished there
wonder how deep it is there
