I don't blame you! I have messed with some mean ones and they are not fun. I have heard turtle soup is good, but I would not know where to begin cleaning them.

Hey kory how long did you stay down there??? the reason i ask is it seems the big bite comes around midnight to 3am,2 weeks ago i had 25lb test broke twice using 4-6in israeli carp(bigger the better).
If you ever want to go just let me know, cause i know a couple of other spots me and my buddie hit close by.
i might be down there fri night after i work on my boat(markland dam is calling).

just east of dravo park or w/e it's called. From fairfield, just follow river road, it turns into east miami river rd or something, regarless, follow it and you'll eventually see it. If you look on google earth:

    lat: 39°15'45.77"N
    long: 84°40'3.06"W

or even just type it in google and click on the map link, then click on satellite once the map loads.

i basically just drove up and down the river looking for places to fish, theres alot of places you can pull off the road and walk back and whatnot.
