Well I just got back home from picking up my new to me boat. I ended up buying a 1986 Ranger 350v, its 18ft 90+ in wide. It has a Mariner 150hp and a 82lb thrust motorguide trolling motor, plus it has 2 eagle fish mark 320's. If I counted right there are seven or eight driftmaster bases mounted around the boat but there might be more. I will post some pics. tomorrow after I get off work so you all can see my new project.

    Later,
    Chris

I can't wait to get started on it. I'm thinkin I just start on it tomorrow if the weather doesn't get crappy. This one doesn't fit in the garrage.

Bill it is right around 94inches wide and at 18ft it is going to be stable.

Keith you guys are allways welcome to take it for a spin.

Serious rig there, Chris! At least I could get on board without worring
about sinking the craft. And its got the right name on it and everything.
Ranger is close to top of the line if not the top no matter who you ask.
I've got what I can afford: a rowboat with no motor that should sink
with me in it according to the Coast Guard sticker. Fish from the bank
    mostly these days.

Last two. My starting thoughts are to remove the carpet in the bottom and do a roll in bed liner or rubber under coat then put some indoor/outdoor carpet over it. Remove old carpet from both decks and recarpet plus the rod box. Then sand the top and inside where the gel coat has faded and reclearcoat. Next the motor is going to need a good polishing reinstall trolling motor. make the driver and passeger seat bases look more like they should. The next will be to pull the dash plate and repaint cause it has spots that are off colored from fadeing. So none the less the whole inside is going to be redone hopefully by the June gathering. If you guys have any thoughts or can think of something different to way I going to them let me know.

Hope you guys like it. Cause I sure do.

    Later,
    Chris
