I been looking for a new vehicle for awhile now. My oldest daughter needed a car real bad so I sold her my Chevy Tracker (real cheap, lol). I ended up buying a 2004 Chevy Blazer. I think it will make a nice fishing vehicle. My 9 foot, one piece rods fit in nicely! First thing I done was put a Flathead sticker on the back! :cool2: A few pics attached.

Nice ride, if it works for you then drive it like you stole it, it should help on gas though, I drove an s10 for 250,000 miles before I traded it & it was tsill running good............

How the heck do you get a 9ft rod in there. I can not fit my CS Flathead rods in mine and they are 8ft. I had to buy a holder for the top of mine to carry the poles when I dont take the boat out.

I fold the back seats down and put the rods up the middle! I could probably get a 11' rod in there!
