Myself and Catchaser, along with my son, went out this morning for a little trip that turned into a flat out slam down. We had no idea we would catch the fish we did. We cught several nice fish and a couple brutes. The wind got up early and hurt us a little. We can handle 10-15 pretty good , but 15-25 is way more than I want. Needless to say we will visit this little hole again in the next few months now that Hartwell is in the shape it's in. You can still get on Hartwell, but I really don't think we could have had a day like this on Hartwell today.Brad was the man of the hour today( getting to be a bad habit) he's such a show off.....LOL.... Here is a few pix

Doug, the horseshoe is so far gone there's no hope of getting it back. It's been there for some time now and I've just give up hope on seeing it again. I will say this, they don't come no better, He's a goodin.I have a few men that I like to have in the boat and Brads one of them. FOR NOW!!!!!!

10-4 on that Joey. We are both blessed to have such great people for fishing partners. But don't worry about the "horse shoe". It never bounces the same way all the time.

Thanks for the pics. Of all the years I lived up that way, I never fished Hartwell. Santee was my one true love, but it looks like I coulda saved some gas back then...lol

I was down around the Clark Hill area earlier today. I didn't get to see the lake, but judging by the Little River and the Savannah River, it's low as you-know-what. Y'all be careful tomorrow....
