Got to Dillion around 7:30 am to get some shad. It took me a while but I got some nice ones. My plan was to fish the Muskingum the first part of the day and then go to Dillion. Started fishing the river around 10 am. By noon I had 3 flatheads 15,15 and 10 lbs. Not monsters but it was still fun. All were caught on cut shad in 18 to 20 ft. of water. The river was clear and around 53.5 to 54.0 degrees. I then headed to Dillion to drift for channels. Caught 6 fish 3 to 7 lbs. in about 2 hours. Ran into JerryB out on the water, good to see you again. Also met another guy, I believe his name was Hank. If I'm wrong I'm sorry, I don't hear very well. He said he was a friend of Ben Noll's. The lake was alittle warmer than the river. Overall, not a bad day. Good luck everyone.

Good to see you, too, Phil - wasn't sure it was you until you came by... sorry I wasn't real talkative, but you know the kind of day I had... :smile2:

I was the only one out on the river Sunday. I should have stayed, may have gotten some more flatheads. We are supposed to have a warm up this week with some rain so the fishing should be good.
