Good cheap Catfishing Rods!

    By the way, does anyone currently use, or has used, one of these rods? If so are they good rods??

    some like them, some dont..I dont like them, I think they are very cheaply made.

    i have broken a couple, although theres few poles i havent broken somewhere down the line, or had a buddy break it. HUH STEVE!!!. Cough Predator rod :005: ;)

    So.... Is that a thumbs up, or a thumbs down? I was also looking at getting a whuppin stick(also $20) because it comes with a 10 year warranty. Any info about them?

    I have two words for you, LOL!!!

    ULGY STICK Or GATOR ROD (Gators Custom Rods).
    In my oppinion you get what you pay for.

    Just a suggetion, catfish connection sells the shakespere sturdy stik for 17 bucks, this rod is ten times the rod the kingkat is.

    wouldnt mind checkin out a whoopin stick but a ugly stik is gonna be hard to beat for the price.

    Wally world also sale a shakespere combo set for like 20 bucks. If your looking to get started or for a very good low cost rod this is a great deal. I have 7 that i use for beginners on my guide service and they hold up to big fish very well 20 to 40 class blues.
