are there usually lmb in golf course ponds?
I used to sneak onto some golf course ponds when I was that age. The fishing was phenominal, also caught huge bullfrogs and snapping turtles. Got caught once and they just ran me off and I never went back. Hard to tell what the law would do to you. I'd imagine just reem you out and make you go home, but don't take my word for it. Times have changed. Never hurts to ask the golf course management if you can fish after hours. For a short period of time I had permission to fish another golf course, but they told me I could only fish after dark, couldn't make noise, would be held responsible if the greens got tore up, ect.. It was worth it though, pulled some big 5-6lb bass out of it, and tons of bullheads which I used for bait in the river. Had a buddy who golfed some in highschool, he kept one of those collapsible telescoping rods in with his golf clubs with a spinnerbait on it and would take a few casts when no one else was looking. He caught a few nice ones flying under the radar like that.would they arrest a 13 yr old?
They are being fertilized on a regular basis.I've always heard the fish are not to be consumed because of all the fertilizer-pesticides-dyes- ect they have to use to make the course look good.
