goldeye??

    I heard they use goldeye as catfish bait?? I never have catch goldeye yet.. how to catch them?? Thanks

    They hit small spinners. I have found them in the tailwaters of dams.

    We have them in the Missouri and Kansas rivers up here. Have heard they can be found in some lakes as well. Most of the guys catch them on worms or minnows under a bobber. I haven't ever fished for them, but while on the river I've seen them jump out of the water chasing baitfish.
