    We just recieved a couple of hours of rain, so maybe the fish will start up or maybe not.:big_smile: u know how it goes....also do the big fish come in at night, or should i stay deep......

    watch the river level, they can rise quickly, stay safe

    We starting getting bites real well in the lake. Right after the second rain.

    I like fishing after a good rain I usually get some good luck, just make sure you stay safe.

    If your fishing for flatheads stay close to the bank at night, live blue gill or shad, drum, perch, they will eat anything, good luck.

    try a few different distancesw from shore depending on the depths you have there I would say from 4-6 foot deep to 20-25 foot deep depending on the habit of the fish in your area after a good rain.
