Ginger Kabobs with mixed Veggies!

    Cut bell peppers green, red, and yellow into slices.
    One med sized can of cubed pineapple.
    Two pound of Stew beef about a 1 to 2 inch cut.
    Marinate in brown sugar, pineapple juice, fresh grated ginger, and Terriyaky sauce for three to four hours.

    Place on schewers and grill to taste!
