I just turned on one of my baseboard heaters in my house. Too darn chilly by the puter here.

How are catfish in the Susky once the weather turns cold? It's 49 outside as of right now.

Water temp is about 59 degrees. I'm going to try again on Wed. afternoon and evening. After that I don't know. They are stacked up like cord wood in 20ft of water about 30yds further than I can cast. The channels are still biting good.

They're calling for record early snow falls for Johnstown and possibly Altoona. With flurries in our area. Indian summer is wishful thinking. That's what the last three winters were in my estimation. One can only hope and pray.

PS Hey Joe, what about the bite in a snow fall?
