Georgia hog hunt

    Well this is going to my third trip there. Havent shoot one yet. But the past two years the wife and son got shots off. Maybe this year.

    Well we had a great hunt , finally after our 3 year we shot some pigs. We ended with seven. Will get up pics when i get a chance.

    Always happy to hear a successful hunting story. You ought to try curing some of the ham meat, then smoking it. Makes great ham.. Cure the lions and you have Canadian Bacon.

    These are the two i shoot on the second day of our hunt. The big sow is close to 300 pounds i dropped that one first. And The smaller one was with it , but only ran off a little. Then dropped her also. We were all using bolt action shotguns , with hornady sabots. So the total for the week was 7. My son did the best ,he shot 4 of them. With the last nite of the hunt he killed 3 with two shots.

    I dont remeber where I ws reading it but can anyone give some methods of trapping hogs and know Ga. guidelines on the same. Also can you sell trapped hogs??
