Ill be there! and where i go Rob (elfthatsgrumpy) usually goes to and depending on whos up when i get home count on 1 maybe 2 more on top of that...

and my buddy Joe whos internet deprived and one of the biggest catfishermen i know will most likely be there he fishes conestoga almost religiously.. so if ya see him yak him up LOTS of knowledge of not only Conestoga but also the river. he drives a blue and silver? white? its dirty LOL ford with a shell.. and his boat matches the truck. says River Cat on the boat and hes runnin a 5 horse cuz his other motor died.. so ya cant miss him.

I say what we do is pick a time and place for all to meet at, say Friday evening or Saturday morning. And the boat ramp area to me would seem to be the easiest place to meet. Wife asked me " so do you and your catfishing buddies have the game plan worked out?" told her yup. Conestoga lake and we be leaving Friday.

Looks like the best area to bank fish would be around the southeast side of the lake as the water goes from 2ft to 16ft or the point on the northwest.

don't know the lake that well but at night they should definately be on any flats and shallows feeding. now the job is making sure I have a load of gills for bait, no problem as I have two boys to catch them, and back-up bait will be ............shad chunks, I think, maybe, or something else?????? whatever! half a gill ought too rock any channel cats world, any flatties in there?

Same here Don, boy and I plan on getting some 3 to 5 inch gills Thursday evening, I also got some frozen river chub,garlic salt dried chicken liver, shrimp, soaked gizzards. So should be plenty of bait to go around. Can't miss my truck. Is a black 2004 GMC, has a Bite Me Ford Boy and Team Catfish stick on the back window with a big craftsman tool box on it. 14 county plates. Am thinking bout camping some where around the dock area.

got plenty of those to. I'll bring that Penn Senator 6/0 along with me as well for ya to look at. As we get closer to the meet will pm my cell so those attending so they can give a shout when they get there so can do a meet and greet.

My daughter and I might go out friday night to do some bank fishing. But if not I will be meeting Mark and Big Vic at like 4 or 5 in the afternoon.
So count me in for sure on saturday, got a babysitter, and maybe on friday night, depends on the kids attitude but she's always up for fishing.
We call that a chip off the old block where I come from.

Oh yeah I got some strawberry jello soaked chicken breast, I'll have some chicken livers, and Mark is bringing blood bait.

Just hoping I can help you add to that 2010 Fish Count, John!! We'll see. Talked to Big Vic and I will be picking him up at the Bosselman Truck Stop in GI at 3:00pm Sat. Probably stop at Beaver Crossing so he can grab some of his tackle too. Not much out of the way at all, then it's a beeline to Conestoga!! See ya all there!
