garlic shad

    anyoe ever try adding garlic powder to shad? I took my larger dead ones from last night and put a gerous portion of garlic powder and season salts on them and froze them, thought it might come in handy when I can't net them anymore. What do you think?

    I prefer mine with just salt and pepper, the garlic gives me gas :D

    That's pretty good!! I haven't tried that, bet it would work since some of us use garlic in our livers when curing them. Let us know how they work out. ;)

    I have heard of that garlic work good on liver.
