Ingredients: -1 package of chicken livers (preferrably foster farms) -1 package of garlic salt Directions: Dump chicken livers into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Then empty out the package of garlic salt into the bowl. Knead/mix thoughroly until all of the liver is coated evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze. Defrosting: When ready to fish. Take out the bowl and remove the plastic wrap. Pop it into the microwave (if you have one) and press the "Defrost" button. If you do not have a microwave, let it sit in the sun for an hour or two. Once defrosted, put into its original package or little plastic baggy and go fish!
