fruits of summer bluegills

    man. some folks were picking on me this summer for catching bait lol. well i put about 250 of these in the freezor this summer. and man ive been chowing on these lately.

    1/2 cup yellow corn meal
    1/3 cup flour
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    pinch of black pepper
    1/3 tsp salt
    pinch of paprika

    6 bluegills. bake for 20 min flip and bake another 30 @ 400 degrees on greased cookie sheet. enjoy.:wink:

    That was the first fish I ever caught, cleaned and burnt to a crisp, plus messed up my moms kitchen. I love them bluegills.

    LOOKS GOOD , theres a resturant about 9 miles up the road that has a blue gill platter 3 gills , fries and slaw 11.99 ... I have to laugh everytime i read it .
