frozen fish

    well i catch a few hornyhead chub out of the creek then i put then in the freezer for a day or two be for i go fishing i was just wanting to know how to put the on a hook

    Depending on who you talk to, some prefer hooking them in the mouth, others frefer just below the dorsal fin. I myself prefer below the dorsal fin.

    matt, if ya can vacumm seal em they'll stay better a lot longer too.
    We're still using frozen cut shad caught back in may. Still catching em too.

    Were is the best place to fish whit frozen fish at a pond at top or bottom or what near.Or a slide poper

    matt we were catching at a private pond(homeowners) with both bottom rigs and with plain ole bobbers. Even got several bass on cut bait on bobbers.(just don't tell anyone)

    catfish; 4.7 /5.4 /7 /7.5 /8/lbs
    bass. a bunch from a pound on up to 4 lbs.

    can i put something on the frozen fish to make the catfish want them more?

    matt any kind of stinky oily stuff will do. As in (spelling) mehanden oil'
    Or just freeze an oily fish like shad or skipjacks. They're cover in it.
