Ed(Coyote1) asked me to post this. He and his wife received this from Phil's wife in response to the card he sent and he just thought it would be nice to share with the whole BOC.

So glad to hear that they're doing okay. Still think of him alot; I'm sure you do, too. Let them know we're all still thinking of them.

    Thanks for sharing that Bert!

I saw this at work one day and I wanted to post it in memory of Phillip. I thought of him, my Dad and now of my Brother. A couple of the women at work had ordered a tiny ornament that has 2 Angels holding a scroll. At the top of it it says :

    In Loving Memory

    (the scroll reads)

If tears could build a stairway, and memories build a lane, I'd walk right up to Heaven, and bring you home again.

Then there is a little 3X3 paper inside that comes with it that reads:

    The Broken Chain.
We little knew that day, God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly. In death, we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories. Your love is still our guide. And though we cannot see you. You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same. But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

    Take care,
    Cheryl
