After my venison has aged in my beer frig for 10 days its cut up and frozen, I can take one of my steaks andgrill it up against any beef steak and you will have a real hard time telling the difference between the 2, just using salt and pepper:big_smile:

Season it, wrap it in bacon, put it in the oven and than cut at between the bacon when done, and you have the deers version of a New York Strip.
