Caught 2 flatheads last night, nothing overly impressive (3 lbs and 8 lbs) but a lot of fun. That makes 7 on the year. Water levels are still not down to lower summer levels so there is a decent amount of current going through still. Not a bad thing, just moves your bait more. Hope to go see some bigger fish soon.

    Marty, nice flatty.
Where were you fishing at last night, I was out until about midnight. Fishing near Ferson creek and back towards the boat ramp at Boy Scout island. Landed one 8 lbs flat and afew dink channels.

I was fishing the dam at St. Charles. I usually only go out for a few hours so I go where the access is easy. Access from shore on the Fox is hard to come by at times, since I don't have a boat I wade the dams a lot. Always looking for new spots though.
