for those of you who wade fish this a easy way to make your own flats caddy

    you will need
    duct tape
    thin rope
a 4' x 8' sheet of styrafoam 1 inch thick(you can get this at home depot)

    procedure
cut the styrafoam in 2' x 4' sections (this will give you four pieces)
stack the styrafoam on each other and tape them up with the duct tape
    now you have a piece of styrafoam that is 2' x 4' x 4"
next drill a hole about 1/2 " wide in one corner for the rope so you can tie it to your waist
now cut a hole in a unpredetermined spot for your rod

there are several other things you can do to this contraption
on one of mine i got some extra styrafoam and built a cooler for ice and drinks and such
i also made some storage areas with the extra foam
i also made a live well out of some wire mesh i got off a jobsite,
you can strap your tackle box to it also
the best thing about it is if for some reason you get hurt or stuck in a rip current you can float on it to help you get to safety....
