How do you fish for flatheads in a spillway? There are a ton of variety of smaller fish in the body of water so I'm guessing there have to be flatheads.

Anyway, what sort of bait and rig do you use in spillways?

I just use a basic carolina rig and depending on current heavey no roll sinkers.. and I use live shad or crawlers for bait

Heres the rig I like to use in the heavy current, the breakaway line helps the weight catch a rock and hold the bottom well. Be prepared to loose some weights though.
