    Hi,
The ones I've found, around here,, look like little round balls,,a creamy light yellow color, about half the dimeter of a BB..and, they're in a Sack inside the fish, seems to be 1000's of them..

I did read a report on flathead reproduction but it failed on coloration. It did say the males guarded the nest. Reason why I'm interested is we caught a small male flathead that a gelatenous substance on it and thought possibly it was guarding the nest and maybe it was some of the roe on it. It was gelatenous and offwhite clear in color.

Sounds weird. Doesn't sound like eggs, if you clean a female full of eggs you'll know it. 2 sacks full of yellow/orange balls.
