Flat Heads

    I plan on going fishing in the nishna down around glenwood I hear there are some pretty good flat heads, is it to cool out right now, and what time of day or night would be best? Will be greatful for any info, I really want to get a good flat head this year.

    I know the fishing is better in hamburg there r a lot of 20 plus lb fish down there. Hamburg has a boat ramp. But just put your bait next to a snag and wait.

    are the boat ramps right off of highway 2?

    The time of year is right to catch large numbers of fish almost anytime of day, but your best bet for the flatheads is going to be at night. 2 hours before/after sunset/sunup is when I prefer to fish for them. They can be caught during daylight hours, but it is slightly more challenging and you have to really know your water well to find the proper depth/structure required
