***Fixen to have some fun***

    Me and the hen is fixen to head out on the Cumberland and do some Bluegill fishing, I got me a big Old Canepole that I use and I Bought the wife a crappie pole thats 12 ft long, She'll be able to get right in there where they live, I'll give you all a report when we get back, We will be out there till around noon or so....

    Instead of gettin the Mrs. a "CRAPPY" pole why didn't ya get her a good one? LOL! Don't forget to get the grease on the way home. LOL!

    We got there around 7 and we caught about thirty and kept about 15 most were small and we only kept the ones that were hand size or bigger. Yep we had some fun.. Heres a picture of the hen with a little channel cat she caught... well I guess its not going to let me put the picture in there so I reckon I'll put it in photo bucket and leave a link..

    That is a small cat that Laura caught but it is a cute little dickens. The smile on her face says that she was having a ball and that makes any fishing trip worth it. Man I can taste the gills right now, you lucky dickens.

    Thanks Tom for sharing your trip. Looks like you and the Hen had a ball. If I called my wife a hen I would be in the Hen House for days. In the Chicken Do-Do.:smile2:

    You’re sure right there no way I call her my hen, but ok to call her my chick. Strange huh. Come to think of it don’t remember her calling me her rooster either. Luck
