Fishing trip @ low-water dam Choteau Bend

    Spoonbill were approximately 40lbs and there were 20 sandbass....and now im eating fish.

    I thought maybe without all the water for so long the spoonies went back into the main part of the lake. Looks like there still there. Congrats on some great catches.

    Yea the spoonies are there. I had one about 60 maybe more almost landed but there werent no boc members there to help me. I had him all the way to the bank and when I tried to lean over to pick him up I accidently let some slack in the line and he/she twiched and the hook came out. Made me mad as u know what. Then a guy behind me had the nerve to say man that sucks if u would of asked I would have help u.
