It depends, I fish from a boat a lot so I have shorter ones, but I do have some 10-12' rods to take to the dam. I have some CatMax and Penn rods.

Hey Adam I already told you I use the Shakespear Sturdy Stick. 6"6" and 7' ones. :smile2: Plenty of backbone and the tip is just soft enough to see the bites.

I use 7' M/H rods from a boat or shore. They are:
    1. Penn Roddy Gatortails (Same blank and eyes as the Uglystick Tiger)
    2. Uglystick Tigers (yellow not white)
    3. Custom Made M/H 7' "Gator Custom Rod"(my Favorite)

I have two combos that I really like for my type of fishing. An Okuma BX-65 FIn Chaser and an Okuma Avenger. They are both great for my fishing, but I don't usually fish for the monsters in the Rivers.

I don't know for sure but are they 2-piece rdos? I tend to shy away from them cause they are not trustworthy to me.
