Went out today and fished from 1pm to 6 pm and caught a bunch. Fished 8-14 feet of water, water temp was 97 degrees. Bait was easy in 102 degree water.
We ended up with a 54, 47, 46, numerous 20's and a bunch of smaller ones. Caught everything on the incoming tide and they seemed to slow down when the tide turned.
    Get out there and CPR'em.

Never seen water temps that high. Was up last week and they were nowhere near that.

I usually fish around the barge pit where the temps are always higher. Even the river around Dutch Gap was 94 degrees. It was one hot one today, water and air temp.
