River at Chillicothe was at 16.8 feet normal pool is 12 feet.Bait was Dew Worms and Chubs. No fish out deep or on channel drops.Fish were all up against the flooded willows,in two to five foot of water.Started at 7:00 AM and quit at 1:00 PM. Weather was rain for a half hour at the begining then sunny the rest of the day.Every creek that came into the river we went into aways, then fished the points of the willows.Average size was 2 pounds, none over 3 pounds so size was down but they were quality fish for fish fry.Took home 16 fish, all we needed.Could have caught more but had what we needed
