fishing line

    i was told the yellow and flurecent green line is real good for night catfishing can someone give me advise

    Yes the fluorescent line in conjunction with a black light makes the line look like a rope at night.

    Pick line that is easy to see. I use white Dacron.

    The fluorescent green line does work well with the black lights, the problem is that it's hard to see anything else. I use fluorescent bulbs with yellow covers over them, that way you can see without attracting the pesky bugs:wink:

    Personally I only use low vis lines..I feel if I can see the line, fish can also.

    I splice in 6 to 10 feet of black dacron at the end....even if they see it, it's not scary...looks like a stick.:wink:

    I like having lines of different color. It helps to see if you crossed your other lines, or if you get tangled you know which one to cut. I can see solar yellow better, I don't like the way it looks as well but the cats don't seem to mind.
