Watch the posts under Kansas catfishing, that section may give you some additional insight into the activity on the Missouri river and the Kaw.

I live near st. joe, and fish all the way to parkville (near KCI), the fishing is great in my opinion. There is big fish potential in the whole stretch. Haven't posted ant pics from this year, but I will soon. We have boated 6 flatties over 50 lbs. so far, and one 60 lb. blue. All taken in the area you are asking about.

I fish Missouri near Forest City Missouri. I have to bank fish I have no boat.
OH----------------------------How I would love to feel one of them bigguns puling on my line. It would be so much fun. If you ever come up my way please let me know. I just love to fish, and am only interested in clean honest fun,and maybe learn things about big cats that I never knew before.
