I took my g/f fishing tonight downstream from the spillway. We fished the point between the current break and that pool of calm water. We didn't catch any cats but the guy next to us caught a 15# channel on a live crappie. At about 11:30pm the crappie really turned on and we caught about 15 in about 10 minutes with a minnow under a float. Most were about 8-11", one was 14" and another was 15". We also caught some big bull bluegill. I also caught a catfish that was about 5" long and black, its tail looked just like the tail of a flathead. Someone said it was a bank cat, what kind of cat was it?
