Being I can't catch fish I went to the freezer.

It's times like this why I stock pile some fish.

    Tonight its cat's.

In a baking dish line the bottom with sliced green-red-yellow peppers.Layer fish on top of the peppers top with more peppers.Pour Tomoato sauce over top and bake 350 degree's about 30 min or until fish flakes.
Season with any season you like.Me just garlic and salt & pepper and a few bacon bits.

Serve over whatever rice you like.Soak it up with garlic bread.

I like it with Jambalaya or mushroom rice.

Tonight I am having butterflied porkchops twice baked potatoes and green beans. I actually smoked the taters last night on my new to me smoker. Slowly I think my grill is going to collect dust.

No peppers here, so trying onion, mushrooms and celery............crappie, not catfish.

Smells good, will know how it turned out in about 8 minutes.

Going into catfish mode this season so need so recipes beyond ol' faithful deepfrying.

My "FILIPINA"(her correction) Daughter-In-Law has made it twice already, DELICIOUS, and Tom, it's like a chicken meal you've never tasted before:eek:oooh::roll_eyes:. As for her, she doesn't let me get to close:smile2:

I asked Lydia to buy a LARGE bag of chicken wings the next time she goes shopping, Grace is going to be my new kitchen slave:roll_eyes::smile2::smile2:

Thank you for the correction Jim. I should have known that, but for some reason I didn't. I envy you right now Jim. I know you are eating good!
