Fish deboning

    I can't see the bones coming out that easy unless the meat is really mushy, which would make it inedible to me. Wanna get an idea of how hard it is to pull the bones out of a fresh fish? Go ahead and fillet a fish with the rib bones still attached to the fillet. Now take a pair of pliers and pull one rib bone out. Multiply the force needed by all the other rib bones, then add in the force necessary to push that ring through the meat. Sorry, but after seeing a video of David Copperfield making a jet plane disappear off the runway, I'd have to see a demo in person before I'd believe that the thing works as advertised.
