Went last week and got my first topwater bass of the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited(I'm sure you couldn't tell). I missed a much larger one but I wasn't ready...just wasn't expecting to even get hit but I just had to throw the frog. Hopefully, I'll be catching them on top from now til November!

Wes congrats of the first topwater bass this season. There is nothing more exciting than a top water bite. Buzzbait, frogs, pop-Rs and etc.

I caught 4 on frog-patterned torpedos at a friend's pond and those were my first topwater bass of the year. I don't really bass fish a lot though, so that explains it.
