Getting ready to make a carport on the house for the wife. Dug 12 of those holes. Didn't even have surgery and my back was killing me. I think the wife thinks I'm Mexican or Spanish and my name is Manual Labor. Just take it easy and don't overdo.

Sorry to hear that you are hurting, man. You have to take it alittle easier. Sometimes, it takes alot of time for a surgery to heal properly. Be careful!!

I hope you get better soon.
I remember the first thing I did after all my surgeries. When I woke up, I looked under the sheet to make sure, nothing was missing. LOL. That aint no joke.
Last one they had me down for knew surgery and I was there for shoulder.
I told em, no cheap shots below the waste or you will see me again. LMAO.

Leave those post hole diggers alone man, thier killers on the back.Even good backs. The heavest thing you should be working out on is a fishing pole bringing in a big ol fish. Even that can be hard on a bad back ,but sure a lot more fun than diggin holes.WE don't want to be hearin about you haveing any set backs,so take care brother .GOD BLESS
