Well I got my first cats of the season last night, but dont know what they are. They seemed more blueish in color than channels ive got before and ive never caught a blue so i really have no clue. Are these guys blues or channels?

those were the two bigger guys that im not sure what they are, then I got a decent size bullhead and 2 small ones. My first time cat fishing was the very end last season, so these are the biggest ones ive got in the pictures lol.

btw, some of the cats that night had like white spots on their heads, that we would see blood coming from. Whats that all about?

I cant be all to sure, but I think they might also be channels...

Congrats on the first of the years catch!!!

The knots on the head maybe from aggression in the water... Could be from reeling them in around rocks? Any number of things really...
