Today, I went out and got over 30 sun perch out of large pond. I ended up weighing some of the biggest, and one came in at 1.5 pounds. Took about 10 between 7" and 10" home for the pan, and 6 between 3" and 5" to freeze for future cutbait.

I went out a couple weeks ago and they were still deep, this is my first large catch of the year.:)
Water temp was between 57 and 61 today.

I love sunnies, so good to eat and hardy fighters. I will have to see if they are biting in the creek down the road. Hope your season is great.
