Well, I had to do the first repair on my 1996 Smoker Craft 162 Pro Mag. The front livewell pump went out when I had my days catch in there:angry:. The bluegills were lucky though, they got to see another day because of it. I was expecting replacing the pump to be harder:eek:oooh:. It was extremely simple, I also thought that the pump would be more expensive, but $25 wasn't too bad for a 750gph pump. Very happy, this pump is very quiet compared to the old one.

Good job on the DIY repair just wait until you have to work on the motor thats where it gets costly........Good luck
