well this is my new account but ive been here awhile.

ive went fishing with it today and im impressed.
line is a bit stiff but i dont notice it.
even know the line is pure white like dental floss its pritty clear under water.
    its a bit expensive tho.

I've used Fireline for several years now, in all the colors. The only monofilament I use is for leader material. I've converted all my reels, spinning and casting, to Fireline. I find I fish more, when I go fishing, with Fireline. I'm not spending 20% of my time talking the kinks and coils out of monofilament.

i use the regular black fireline. i love it. best line ive used yet. tie knots great. 14lb is 6lb test diameter. low line memory, casts great.

Use it on the hard water for deep water perch and lake trout. I used regular fireline and it works good. I have switched all my cat rods to Cabelas Ripcord SI Plus in yellow. It is the cheepest superline out there and I have not had any problems with it.
