Today I saw a buff feeding up in the little creek that feeds the Harpeth. If you don't know, that's my fishin' hole. Only about 60 feet wide on average but it has some fabulous fishing for cats, gar, bass, drum, etc...

What I am saying here is that I finally am ready to throw a cast net again and start catching cats. The gar haven't showed themselves yet but I'm sure they are ready to start gorging on baitfish. So I might go out tomorrow to give a shot at the buffs, and maybe start some catfishing.

When I get my first cat of the year I will post pics. Hopefully it will be over 3 pounds. :tounge_out: They don't get real big in the Harpeth but it's fun anyways.

    Tight lines,
    Catman
