    thanks guys ,
phil quit looking at my hillbilly yard dang it .
you was supposed to focus on the boat
THE BOAT not the tires not the tire tracks and the ruts and bald spots and buckets chain link mazes and clutter. please sir stick to the original
    focus.:p

my son and i did this he sanded and painted the base first then we both painted leafs sprays and grass and pine sprig patterns over it.
but we learned as went . if you do a project like this i think the lighter colors should go on first maybe .

the top sides will have carpet and the floor will be sprayed with adhesive and foam panels inserted .

it will have a seat and the front will have a troller with a battery under the seat.
he wants to put the 4hp johnson on this LOL it oughta go pretty fast.
we will have to post some pics of it all jazzed up.

i want to do my 16 footer now LOL .

this is my son jarrods boat he 15 and its about the right size for him.
i figure some days we can take this in the back of the truck and he can scour the edges of the lake with this while i bank fish.
i might get in it once just to see how it feels LOL;)

That is a neat little boat! I have never seen one like that before. Would be great for pond hopping the little ponds on the east reservation of Barksdale AFB. My buddy has a 12 foot jon and we have a ball in those little ponds. YOur son has a one of a kind rig to be proud of!

you misunderstood me DRC. it looks like a nice roomy yard - not a little one - i like a big yard. after all, gotta have room for dogs and grandkids to play so they don't get in the street......and mine looks worse than yours buddy :)

    Looks very stable.

I been known to build a few small boats. Check these out they are all less tha 8 feet long.

I used the perch to chase jugs a week or so ago.
