I just purchased a Fin-Nor ofs95, this is advertised as the largest capacity spinning reel produced. I would apperciate hearing what everyone has heard about this reel and or the company that produces them.

Fin-Nor is a subsidiary of WC Bradley. I know that they own Zebco.

I am really looking forward to put this reel through its paces :cool2:

Fin Nor is an excellent company that made its rep with quality fly reels.I have had my eye on a couple of large capacity AHABS for a number of years just never got them. Now that PENN has completely screwed up its saltwater spinners I guess I ll have to try them out or find some new "Old" model 7500ss reels. You wont go wrong with Fin nor.:smile2:

Nice reel. I've seen a few that a friend had but I've never used one. They look like they are built well and he seemed to like them.

the reel set me back 170.00 but I look at it as a capital investment. From what I am starting to understand after a little research that this company does not just produce junk. We will see how it goes.

It seems to be one fine reel with a incredible drag along with a huge spool capacity.I envy you.Let us know how you like it as you use and learn it.Thanks for sharing.peewee-williams

Peewee: I will be down your way in April for either the Wayne county Catfish festival or the Ga Gathering for a few days. I will bring it with me as I am going to try to get JImmy Hudson to take me shark fishing
