    Lol, nice article Bruce! Well the sylvan lake portion I mean. I'm my opinion, if that were to go through, there will be no sense of having DNR in any state, since the "Federal guys" will steal there power, and they probably would loose theres. The plan is far fetched. Maybe the great lakes part of the plan would work and help, but inland waters controlled by someone a thousand miles away? Lol, if its not bad already! On the other hand it would be nice to have a federal fishing license (if they don't already) and be able to fish anywhere.

    I love the idea of a federal fishing license! only if you still had to follow the laws of the state you were fishing. but then states that share the rivers would have to agree on a set of laws. and that would be a toughy
