    I just love my Edisto River. Awful pretty, and the fishing's not too bad.

    I've also been workingon the lower Santee River some this year.

    For Flatheads I favor the upper Mississippi and Mark Twain Lake, where the Mississippi and Missouri come together for Blues and for channels would be the same as for Flatheads.

    I like Crab Orchard Lake in Illinois for channel cat. And Ky Lake in Kentucky, which includes the Tenn.and Cumberland rivers.

    The Kaskaskia River in Illinois during summer, Baldwin Lake in the winter.

    The Monongahela River in western PA has never done me wrong. Try some of the locks south of Pittsburgh if you're ever in town.
