Tom, I know this reply is a little late but I bought you a Shimano Side Stab and looking at a very nice Fenwick for ya' just need to know what size, action & power you want. Get with me soon on that and we'll go pick it out. Hope you land that PenDot job so we can go up to the dam soon cause good camping weather is coming to a close. I personally think that fall is probably the best time for camping though. Get to snuggle a little closer to the mrs.! heh, heh!

I drift fish 95% of the time. My best rigs are medium heavy rods (I have Ugly Sticks, All Star, Falcon, Abu Garcia) teamed with Abu 6000 or 6500C3. Catch most of it on sale.

my favorite rig to use... Quantum Xtra lite with a shimano reel, i want to say its the 1000 series fx but it may be the step up from that loaded with WWS camo line 4#test...

I also like the feel of my Abu 6000 on a Renegade Tuff Max 7 fter with 15 lb BBG line loaded... those are actually whats in my truck right now as a matter of fact...
