A thick cut grilled rib-eye steak with fried moral mushrooms, and a sweet potatoe with brown sugar and cinnamon.
My second favorite is a breakfast sandwich that I make. First you fry up some thick cut pepper bacon. Then fry some thin cut ham and two eggs over easy in the bacon grease. Then pile all that on top of a fried breaded pork fritter and serve on two slices of toast with mayo and cheese.

I eat anything, its all good. I've eaten strange stuff, and some stuff that was real good but I don't remember what its called. There is some stuff that I don't like but occasionally I like that too just to remind me. And most beer is good, some is not, but if its edible I eat it.

Anything cooked over hickory coals for extended periods. Especially pork. Sauce is optional. And lots of sweet tea.
