My favorite all time rock band would have to be C.C.R. hands down when they were together they were always on top. I saw John Fogerty on T.V. a few years ago with his new album at the time, he sang tons of the old CCR songs and after almost 30 years sounded almost identical to the old John. Of coarse never saw the new CCR that has been on tour for the last years but without John as lead singer, ain't C.C.R.

Ya, have to agree like alot of the Skynard top hits and along with you don't listen to rock much and when I do it's only a few times per year. I mostly if not always listen to Contemporary Christian music.

Too many to list a favorite, but the Allman Brothers would be near the top of my list.

Neil Young. Kiddinng! My late 60's/early 70's fav is and always will be Black Sabbath. But I also dig Jimi Hendrix, Clapton, and many others who deserve mention, but would be long, and senseless.
