Another b85 megamagHvy Cobalt Blue blank being built
Just Started this one tonight, This ones for my son.
I've checked all the U-Ky sites and got the colors from their uniforms. Starting with the bluesteel/gray trim on the outside and then the pearl white and royal blue, I added a 7 turn inlay useing all 3 just behind center on amtac's,titanium nitride casting guides, hard chrome frame ,silver rings. Over-wraps will be royal blue also.that will go over the white under-wrap just about 3/16" leaving a 5/16" white band...
plan on putting a 7" blue and white tiger-wrap on the butt section with a swoop coming off the forgrip of Bl/Wh/Slvr rolling flames of a 2-3 "...I'll post the completed Rod when finished..

Steve ,,I will be receiving 4 more
    GUSA B85 ( 8'6" )MegaMag Hvy;20-40 1-5oz fast tip.
OxBlood Red blanks soon. got off the phn, with hastings rod, Monday, and they said they was about to paint them ,have a total of 10 coming in different colors.

Its all about the $$ you want to spend on a high quality custom rod,,you can put top of the line on them as you have seen on my builds, or you can go cheaper on the components, but why would you if you are buying a High End Blank.

Which red rod you speaking of ;the one with the flames or the red tiger wrap?., PM me and give me # amount you want to put into it and I will see what I can do for you..Kenny
